Food insecurity happens to many Canadian families. People from all economical backgrounds can suffer from food insecurity. I have researched organizations in Canada where you can purchase low cost fruits and vegetables. Anybody can purchase from these organizations. You don't need to be considered low income. Some of the organizations have an option to purchase for yourself and a family in need. I will update the list as I research. Have you tried Superstore's Click and Collect? I find that it helps me save money because there is no impulse buying. The best part is you don't need to go into Superstore. You just park in a click and collect parking spot and your groceries are brought out to you and loaded into your vehicle. It is great for people who have small children like me. Try it  and save $10 off your first order of $50 or more. https://share.realcanadiansuperstore.ca/x/iWCrvm
Coupons!!!! The best places to find coupons online are directly from company websites and Save.ca. The best local places to find coupons is Superstore and Shoppers Drug Mart and doctor/dentist offices.  The best coupons to collect to get free or next to free items are toiletry coupons for shampoo, body wash, toothpaste etc. Often you can get free items if you wait for a good sale. Doctor offices will have high value medication coupons  such as Tylenol and baby formula and dentist offices will have high value toothpaste coupons. I find the best way to store coupons is in my wallet where you would usually keep your cash. Treat them like cash because they save you cash😀 Here are some links to printable coupons: https://www.save.ca/coupons http://www.kraftcanada.com/coupons-and-rewards/coupon-centre https://www.pampers.ca/en-ca/coupons-offers?&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=T_SERP_Non_Text_NOFRQNOVIEW_OPT_Pampers%7CAcquisition%7CBrand%7CRewards%...

Did your kids destroy your rug ? When my son was 3 years old he dumped four litres of milk on the couch, carpet and rug. That was fun to clean... Don't pay etsy or baby boutique prices for a cake smash outfit. I purchased this cake smash outfit for my youngest son's first birthday next week. Quality was good. Shipping was not fast or slow but I would still recommended ordering at least 6 weeks in advance.  Available in 16 different styles/colours.  $12.95 plus free shipping  https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0744KDR6H/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 Girls cake smash outfits also available from the same seller $10.99 to $16.57 plus $6.99 shipping. Still way cheaper then baby boutique pricing! I can't vouch for the quality because I have boys :) https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B077JXK89L/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A19HXA9G18H3FH&psc=1
Are you still buying dryer sheets? Did you know a tin foil ball will break the static up in the dryer and soften your clothes. Plus it's reusable. I put 2 or 3 tin foil balls in my dryer with my clothes and I store my tin foil balls in a basket on top of my dryer when not in use. Try it and save yourself some money 😀
