The best local places to find coupons is Superstore and Shoppers Drug Mart and doctor/dentist offices.  The best coupons to collect to get free or next to free items are toiletry coupons for shampoo, body wash, toothpaste etc. Often you can get free items if you wait for a good sale. Doctor offices will have high value medication coupons  such as Tylenol and baby formula and dentist offices will have high value toothpaste coupons. I find the best way to store coupons is in my wallet where you would usually keep your cash. Treat them like cash because they save you cash😀
